I finally get to buy PINK...

I have a HUGE suprise!

 

 

Her name is Harley, and she's all mine! Well I have to share her with Buck and Chris but I'm allowed to buy all the PINK I want and I'm so EXCITED!!

 

We adopted her this Saturday, unexpectedly. I want all girl dogs, Chris always says no we have Bubba. We didn't know she was up for adoption, we thought she belonged to the lady but we both fell in love with her. I said "aww, I want to have her :)" and the lady said she's actually looking for a new home, she's up for adoption today.

I looked at Chris and he said ... "You can have her if you want" WOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!

And THAT'S HOW I GOT HER!

 

I was really nervous about bringing her home to Bubba but he LOVES her...he wakes up in the morning and RUNS to find her...I think he's afraid she's going to leave!

 

 

 

SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR ME

 

 

 

 

I don't usually make cards but I've had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. I love felt, so I made a felt pocket that holds 5 mini cards that match! I LOVE how it came out.

 

UP EARLY

 

Before the boys. Checking e-mail, paying bills, getting ready to go to the gym...Might play in this scrapbook room today...we will see.

I SEE THIS EVERYDAY.

 

Hanging in my kitchen, and it makes me smile every. single. time I look at it. JUST BE is a concept copied from the talented Tara Whitney, I LOVE it...just be you. whatever, whoever you are. Life goes by so fast, and our days are so busy that sometimes you just need a little glimpse of what is really important. I have so much to be thankful for but rarely slow down long enought to think about it which is the main reason I love seeing this everyday!

SOMETHING SIMPLE

 

 

I made for my refrigerator, they match my cork board. Idea from perfectly clear, one of the designing with books by Autumn Leaves!

Made by Chris and Buck (not sure how) in 2005 for Mothers day. That is his real paw print from that year and I cherish it :) Not sure what made Chris think of this but I'm so happy he did...even if I did have to scrub paw prints off of the tile in my studio!

Just a small tin decorated with matching stationary. I love this cute stamp made by paper salon. Tried a bunch of color combinations but just liked the black and kraft the best...was going for a vintage feeling.

MY NEW CAR

 

 

I'm SUPER EXCITED! I got a new car! Brand new 09 KIA SPECTRA! It's super cute and AWESOME on gas! I love it!! I didn't think I would have another black car because they're so hard to clean and keep clean, but I liked the black the most! I drove it off the lot with 4 miles and that awesome new car smell...
